What Is Your Refund Policy On Spellwork?
No refunds are given on spellwork that has been contracted unless we fail to deliver services as described above in a timely manner according to the time-frame described above.
Are Results From Your Spells Guaranteed?
While our team is made up of highly skilled magical workers, due to the free will of the client and actions that they may take to block or disturb the magical work being done, we can make no guarantees that the work will result in a successful outcome. By ordering spellwork services or readings you agree to this, and you also acknowledge that Spellwork is not a substitute for professional legal or healthcare advice.
What Happens After I Book A Complex Spell Service?
After you finish your purchase you will be forwarded to a page where you can book your 15-minute consultation. During the consultation we’ll determine the best spell for your situation. Soon after we will begin your candle spell! Once we start it we will take a photograph of your candle along with a card with your name on it identifying it as your work. You will be emailed this photograph (to the email address used at purchase) within seven days of the start of your candle burning.
When the candle spell is finished, we will take a photograph of your candle remains along with a card with your name on it identifying it as your work. You will be emailed this photograph (to the email address used at purchase) within seven days of the completion of your candle spell, as well as a link to book your 15-minute Spell Report.
Can I Get An Update On My Spell As Its Burning?
Yes! If you would like information on any spell before it has finished burning please book a reading with your spellcaster.
